Eric was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. As a child he played many sports but soccer became the sport that he excelled at. His love of soccer started at age 4, when he was actually too young to play, but he begged his parents to let him. 27 years later the love of soccer has grown to cover all aspects of the game. After 2 years of playing collegiate soccer at Cincinnati State, he began the boys soccer program at Walton-Verona High School in Walton, KY where he was head coach for 4 years. Since Walton-Verona Eric has moved to at Scott High School for the past 2 years. Eric has a state level coaching license, 18 years of officiating experience with USSF and KHSAA.
In July 2005 Eric married his high school sweetheart Dana. They currently reside in Burlington, KY with Gavin, their 21 month old son.
After 27 years of enjoying the game of soccer, Eric is very proud to have the opportunity to give back to the sport that has given him so much enjoyment.
Coach Greg, HappyFeet Class Coach
Coach Greg grew up in Fort Thomas, KY where he graduated from Highlands High School. He played soccer all four years he was there, and went on to play two seasons of collegiate club soccer, one season each at the University of Kentucky and Northern Kentucky University, where he now attends to fulfill his passion of becoming an Elementary Teacher. When not on the field playing, he has spent his time officiating the game over the last 13 years. Outside of his passion of soccer and teaching, Greg gives his time doing ministry through Young Life. He enjoys the spontaneity children provide, and hopes that whether it's through HappyFeet or teaching, he can encourage the next generation to find learning fun!
Jesse was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and graduated from North College Hill Jr./Sr. High School. He's been actively involved in all sorts of sports for most of his life, which include Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, and Track & Field. He found joy in all but in playing soccer most of all, so he pursued a career at Tiffin University. At college he went on to study Young Adolescence Education and Communications as he played in four collegiate years. After competitive soccer, he turned to HappyFeet where he hopes to learn how to better interact with children of all ages. What Jesse likes most about HappyFeet is seeing the smiles on the kid's faces as they complete something they find hard to do.
